Our Team
As an ex-charity CEO, Richard Turner has a huge amount of experience within the NFP sector. From 2013 to 2024 he was the Director of the nonprofit Salesforce consultancy, Sparklecloud Ltd and supported a large range and variety of charities and other NFPs with their Salesforce setup and development. Richard's experience helps us to move beyond being simply technical consultants and means we bring a deep understanding of the unique needs of non-profit organisations.

Garrie Fleet has over 20 years of international experience in the Banking sector, having led numerous Finance functions and Bank-wide initiatives. He brings considerable business and operational knowledge to our solutions and tight control to our projects.

Richard's extensive background in the not-for-profit sector includes a decade's experience at CEO level. He has worked with Salesforce since 2007, firstly as an end-user and in-house developer, and then, since 2013, as Director of Sparklecloud Ltd supporting a large range of not-for-profit and commercial customers. He enjoys working closely with clients to solve whatever challenges they face and delivering solutions that give them more control and insight into their work.

Richard has been a trustee at Children England and The Mentoring & Befriending Foundation, and is currently the chair of Nant-y-Cwm Steiner school.
Garrie Fleet
Director & Consultant
Garrie has vast experience in the financial sector (Deutsche Bank, Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse) predominantly as regional Finance Director/Business Partner. He has led large-scale projects including system upgrades, implementations of new Bank-wide Finance/Tax functions and Regulatory Capital submissions.

Garrie's background gives him a deep understanding of process, data-management, systems, projects, business and accounting analysis. Being an Engineering graduate, he naturally enjoys devising smart and efficient solutions and concise, informative reporting.
Christian Lewcock
Developer
Christian has over 25 years' experience as a software developer and has worked as an in-house programmer for major clients including the BBC and Sky. He has a particular expertise in Salesforce programming (esp. visualforce & apex) and in iOS app development.

Christian has developed a number of apps for the charity sector including a RNIB TV remote app for the visually impaired and a tele-pathology app that allows UK based Doctors to diagnose patients in Haiti. He has also built a fully offline and customisable iOS app to store Salesforce data, an essential tool for remote field based engineers & staff.
